Preliminary Call Deadline CTMM; February 28. Information Meeting on January 31!29-01-07

The Center for Translational Molecular Medicine (CTMM) is dedicated to the development of medical technologies that enable the design of new and "personalized" treatments for the main causes of mortality and diminished quality of life (cancer and cardiovascular diseases and, to a lesser extent, neurodegenerative and infectious diseases) and the rapid translation of these treatments to the patient.

The aim of this preliminary call (deadline  February 28) is to come to an inventory of project ideas from the field in order to formulate the research program of the Center for Translational Molecular Medicine. Moreover, the aim is to provide guidance ahead of the launch of the first, formal call for proposals expected to occur before the summer of 2007 (this is subject to approval by the Ministry of Economic Affairs). A second call for proposals will be issued end of 2007 / early 2008.
