Skills3 is a new starting Euregional project which aims at strengthening the Euregional labour market in the Life Sciences sector.  Partners are LifetecZONe, AGIT, Ulg Interface, LifetecAachen-Jülich and LifetechLimburg.be

The objectives are:

To foster the Life Sciences economy in the Euregio Meuse-Rhine
To stimulate the cross-border mobility of the Euregional workforce
To offer an Euregional career portal
To enhance the attractiveness of the Meuse-Rhine Euregio

Workshop Career Portal

On November 14 a Skills³ workshop was organised in which the SKILLS3 team brainstormed with entrepeneurs to find out exactly what the needs & requirements of the industry are that can be translated into a professional Euregional Career Portal.

“Discussing the needs and challenges of the Life Sciences companies in the Euregio”  was the focus of this brainstorm session in which 14 representatives from companies in the Euregio participated..

By gathering input from the business sector we were able to improve the structure for the Euregional Career Portal , one that will facilitate and support the SMEs in their recruitment processes. The Portal is expected to be online in August 2009.
